JOANNE TURLEY – DIRECTOR

Joanne has spent the last 17 years in consultancy roles across the public and charity sectors. She is an ILM Level 7 Executive coach and a Master Practitioner in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Timeline Therapy.

Curiosity is her favourite word and plays a huge part in the work she undertakes. Helping clients be more curious, gain clarity, and raise awareness enables them to be the most authentic and energised selves at home and work.

She leads a range of blended people solutions at all levels of business, from the shop floor to the boardroom, delivers organisation-wide well-being initiatives, team interventions and coaching programmes. She lives to facilitate personal change and growth, enhancing both business and personal performance.

ED – CHIEF OF WELLBEING

For over seven years, Ed has been supporting the human health and well-being in our business.

Ed is responsible for enforcing regular breaks and long mindful walks and enables our team to create that headspace needed when operating in this busy hybrid world.

After seven years, we are still working on his office etiquette; sadly still thinks it's okay to tell everyone that the post has arrived or an amazon delivery is at the door – regardless of our working activities.

He regularly supports our marketing, and his dedication is impressive; and is one of the best listeners we know.
